Rumah kat Tmn Pinggiran Putra - ada nak jual ke?

ekceli saya ni baru menyewa di Pinggiran Putra. Saya tertarik dengan kawasan rumah banglo sebijik2 kat Taman Pinggiran Putra (sebelah apartmen biru & tapak masjid). Kalau ada sesiapa yang tinggal sekitar situ, berapa yer rega rumah kat situ? ada nampak 2,3 bijik rumah banglo sebijik2 tu yang takde org duduk, dah ditinggalkan kan pun banyak (takde pintu tingkap semer)..sayangnyer...kot laa ada yag nak jual tolong laa bagi tau sini yer..

ada gak riki2 kat pakcik google, tak silap developer rumah tu LBS kan?

Is it Kota perdana? cause I'm interested too....last time I heard was around 350k...but prices vary...im keep on the corner lot but i don't find any yet....

3? which one? just know I passed by and only saw one unit no11..haha...

the single story bungalow do look tempting enough...reno sket mesti daa Lot daa! haha

Units i mean located at Jln PP 19 and Jln PP22. Single storey bungalows. Condition is 70% OK (w/o windows, door, etc) but MV is around 340k damn too high for nearly 10yrs leasehold prop.

well.. looking at the rate of the development around putra permai.. i dont think the price of the properties would drop significantly..

hope the prices by end of the year would remain around 350k....... *sweat...

if u see inside, a lot of house are starting renovations already........i really feel that this area is worth living in

p/s only concern is security

I heard bank value is 250k.....the rest need to come out urself.......100k dp then LHDN come n hunt me down

Dont worry mah, LHDN won't disturb u if your income really can show that 100k isn't big amount for u..
