SUNWAY Holdings Bhd - the new owner of a 33.37-acre parcel in Taman Equine in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, that belonged to Equine Capital Bhd (ECB) - plans to build semi-detached homes and bungalows on it.
According to Sunway, the project is targeted for launch early next year and has an estimated gross development value of RM250 million.

Amenities nearby include the Alice Smith international school,Universiti Putra Malaysia and hypermarkets.
ECB is selling the land via wholly-owned Taman Equine Riding Sdn Bhd to Sunway's Analisa Kekal Sdn Bhd for RM37.8 million.
It said Sunway's participation in property development in Equine Park through the land deal would enhance the public's perception and marketability of properties in the area.
ECB's second land sale involves 6.04 acres in Petaling, Selangor, for RM19.6 million. Its wholly-owned Tujuan Ehsan Sdn Bhd is disposing of the site to Titijaya Group Sdn Bhd's subsidiary Safetags Solution Sdn Bhd.
The leasehold land has been approved for a commercial centre with a transportation hub in the ECB group's Pusat Bandar Putra Permai township in the Puchong-Seri Kembangan area.
