This project is located in Seri Kembangan, which is in close proximity to the nation’s administrative centre (Putrajaya), and along and Serdang-Puchong corridor. This project consists of more than 2,300 units of shop-apartments, apartments, single storey and double storey terrace house, 2 ½ storey link house, semi detached houses and bungalows, majority of which have been completed and handed over.

However developer maybe forgot to include this sore view project. Dont know what status on this project but looked like stalled /abandoned.

Completed part (dunno weather got CF already or not becoz i think only 50% of houses occupied)








'Sick' Part (seemed like only 60-70% completed)




Maybe somebody from Kota Perdana can give additional info here what happened to this project. As far as i know, this housing area were build for Jabatan Perhutanan staff. I thought maybe cos sometime ago Kota Perdana is a part of Hutan Simpan Ayer Hitam 'owned' by Forestry Dept.

Nowadays, market value on this bungalow i think around 280=300k. . What a waste..

Saya pun ada jalan2 kat kawasan tu 2 minggu lepas..tak nampak pulak baner rumah untuk diual..jadi saya rasa kalau anda berminat nak beli, cuba hubungi developer kawasan tu (mungkin LBS) dan tanya kalau ada mana2 unit yg owner nak jual/ x jd beli sebab stalled..

Mungkin sukar sikit nak cari rumah kawasan Jab. Perhutanan yg nak dijual sebab kebanyakannya tengah tunggu potensi kawasan tu betul2 naik..setelah The Atmosphere & commercial project sebelah Kota Perdana tu siap..
