Any body know about the project Paragon 129 by Developer Paragon Mastery? i already paid a deposit for a double storey house under Paragon 129 last year but until now also not get the SAP yet. :cry:

yup all document submit already. The sales guy just say waiting for the master title convert to the individual title for the projectt.

Did anybody receive a letter from Paragon asking to take up offer at around RM370, 000 for a bigger build up ?
They accepted booking fee from us. Is it legally binding ?
I have to now find more money for downpayment.
It's really not fair when we budget to buy at RM300,000 already :(

we also just get the letter this morning,they said they have increase the floor area by 200 to 240sq feet,
but dnt know which floor area are meantion for .anybody have go and view abt this ?? ;)

wahh!! 70k!! quit a lot difference... :o

D' Demang pun 380k..just add another 10k to get nearer from shopping mall, petrol station with ATM, main road..

btw, i'm not d'demang SA ya.. :lol:

Increase 200 to 240 build up or land area ?
An additional RM70,000 is like doing renovation if build up.
Is it worth it ?
have to find additional money for down payment first before can take up offer.
Also loan instalment increase, don't know salary criteria can meet or not .
So additional build up is not actually good news for some of us.
I heard some book at price RM 295,000 initial house price.
Those who book much earlier lose out because the price of the house went up as high as RM370K as the project got delayed because waiting for some approval regarding land. The house there before IOI came into picture,sales was slow.
Jam especially on the other side of the road as compared to 16 Sierra and Alam Sanctuary.
Now, when price go up, the developer increase price after the long delay.

I hate this developer...!! and i will take back my deposit.

For me, they not honest.. almost every month I check with them to know about S&P. But they not told me about the increment of the price / amendment the size of the house, etc..

Suddenly, within 14 days, they ask us to sign S&P dengan harga mahal. !!!

Adil ke? dah la delay 1 yr 4 mth since deposit on 22 November 2009

I tgh pikir mcmmana nak buat Developer nie Blacklisttt...

Apa boleh buat. Kalau lepas susah dapat rumah dengan harga macam ini. Kena ikat perut sahaja.
It's beyond our budget but we squeeze sini sana.
Harap-harap everything smooth and no more bad news regarding financial status this year.
Kalau tidak, kena cari loan shark, pulak :cry:
