New developement beside Maybank Equine?

Does anyone have any idea of the development on the land beside the Maybank?

I do know for sure that the Naza TTDI Dualis is launching soon but not on this particular plot. TTDI Dualis would be opposite Alice Smith and on the same land occupied by the Wisma Penyayang.

What i can speculate here is that the land being cleared for the proposed interchange for MEX?

hi idx, i was actually referring to the land behind wisma penyayang and not beside the jusco.

It is a commercial development, named Equine Boulevard.
